How we cover an event
A calendar tells you an event exists. These are the three things we publish around one.
Before
A pre-show guide: who is going, which verticals are represented, what the agenda is worth your time for, and the reader discount where the organiser gives us one.
During
What is actually being said on the floor — the offers moving, the traffic sources people are complaining about, and the terms being quietly renegotiated.
After
The write-up: what changed, which networks showed up and which did not, and whether the ticket was worth buying for a publisher at your scale.
Running an event?
Send us the dates, the city, the vertical and the website. If it is a show our readers would attend we will list it — and if it is not, we will say so rather than leave you waiting.

How do events get listed here?
We list the events a publisher or media buyer would plausibly fly to, and we keep the dates and cities current. Listing is editorial — an organiser cannot buy a place on the calendar.
Where do the discount codes come from?
From media partnerships with the organisers. Where we have one, the code is on that event’s page. Where we do not, the page says so rather than sending you to a dead coupon.
Do you cover every event on the calendar?
No. The calendar is broader than our coverage — we write the pre-show and post-show pieces for the events we attend or have direct contacts at, and those articles are linked from the event page.
I run an event. How do I get it added?
Send us the dates, city, vertical and website. If it fits what our readers attend, we will list it, and we will tell you plainly if it does not.
