Short version: should you go?
Go if you buy or sell traffic. No other December event puts this many networks, advertisers and media buyers in one building, and the room is unusually senior — the value is in the deals, not the lectures.
Skip it if you have never run a campaign. Almost every conversation assumes you have live numbers to talk about. Without them you will spend two days and a flight listening.
Think hard if your plans might change. Read the ticket terms before you pay — there is a section on that below, and it is the part of this show people get caught by.

What Affiliate World Asia actually is
Affiliate World Asia is the Asian edition of the Affiliate World Conferences series and the largest performance marketing event in the region. The 2026 edition is a two-day conference in Bangkok, on 9 and 10 December, and the organiser bills it as the largest meeting place for the world’s top affiliate marketers.
Calling it a conference undersells the shape of it. The stage programme matters, but the centre of gravity is the marketplace: access to 210+ advertisers, traffic sources and networks, made up of 120+ advertisers, 170+ affiliate networks and 40+ traffic sources. Those booths are staffed by people who can open an account or raise a cap while you are standing in front of them.

For most attendees the talks structure the day and the floor pays for the flight.
Dates, venue and getting there
The show runs 9–10 December 2026 at the Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Center, on Level 22 at 999/9 Rama 1 Road, Pathumwan. That puts it inside the CentralWorld complex in the middle of the city rather than at a convention centre on the outskirts, which is worth knowing when you book: you can stay within walking distance and skip Bangkok traffic entirely, and the evening events are easy to get back from.
The venue sits inside the hotel tower, so the shortest commute available is to book a room upstairs and take a lift down to your first meeting. Rooms around CentralWorld go early for conference week; leaving it late means paying more or staying further out and losing an hour a day to traffic.
Getting to the venue
- BTS Skytrain to Siam, on the Sukhumvit and Silom lines, is a short walk away and skips the traffic entirely. In Bangkok that matters more than the distance suggests.
- Grab is the ride app people actually use here. Install it before you land; it saves haggling and it has your route in writing.
- On foot if you stay in Siam or Pathumwan, which is the argument for paying a little more to be central.
December is one of Bangkok’s better months — warm and mostly dry — but conference halls run their air conditioning hard. Pack a layer. The jump from the street to the hall catches out everybody who has not done it before.
Check your visa position before you book anything. Thailand’s entry rules depend on your passport and change from time to time, and we are not going to summarise them here and risk being out of date for your nationality on the week you travel. Ticket holders can request an invitation letter from the organiser if your application needs one.
Who is in the room
The organiser puts turnout at 7,000+ attendees from 110+ countries. The mix is what makes it worth travelling for: affiliates and media buyers on one side, ecommerce operators on another, and the advertisers and networks paying for all of it on a third.
The useful detail is which companies send people. The organiser’s own attendee wall covers the platforms you buy on and the brands you run offers for — Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Amazon, Shopify and Alibaba alongside Outbrain, Taboola, media.net, MGID, Revcontent and AWIN, and advertisers from Uber, Airbnb, Booking.com and Rakuten to L’Oréal, Sephora and the betting operators.

That spread is also the thing to plan around. A show this size is not one room you can work end to end. It is several audiences overlapping, and the people you need are a small slice of the 7,000. Deciding which slice before you land is most of the work.
What a ticket actually buys: floor, stages, mixers, tracks
The organiser splits the event into four things, and they are worth separating because people routinely pay for all four and use one.

- The marketplace. 210+ companies. Past exhibitors have included fiverr, Outbrain, Taboola, ClickBank, PropellerAds, MGID, eToro, ZeroPark, LeadBit, TerraLeads, Fluent, Pin-Up Partners and Exness Affiliates.
- The content. Over 20 hours across two stages. That is more than one person can attend, which is the point of the next two items.
- The mixers. Hour-long, niche-focused, running each day. Past ones have been split the same way as the tracks: AI, Social Media Ads, Search Ads, Ecommerce Ads. Past workshops have included an Affiliate Manager Academy and a Google workshop, and the evening has run under Affiliate After Hours.
- The tracks. Sessions organised back-to-back by niche, free with a ticket. Past tracks: AI, Social Media Ads, Search Ads, Ecommerce Ads.
The mixers are the structural advantage this show has over a bigger, looser event, and they are the part most first-timers skip to answer email. An hour in a room where everyone buys the same channel you do, straight after everyone heard the same talk, beats a cold approach on the floor every time.
Speakers: a first wave, not the programme
The organiser is advertising 35+ speakers for 2026. As of 23 October 2026, the official speakers page names nobody and says speaker applications close on 31 October 2026. So treat any list you see today, including this one, as an early wave rather than the line-up.

For a sense of the level the talks pitch at, these are titles the organiser lists from past editions:
- “$500M DTC Growth in 24 Months” — Alexander Lodeweyckx
- “Turning TikTok Views into $$$” — Carmen Muley
- “Creative Intelligence to Win 2030” — Chris Erthel
- “How to Spend $200K/Day Consistently” — Dimitri Vulpe
Operator talks with numbers in the title, in other words, rather than thought-leadership. That is the house style and it is a fair guide to what 2026 will look like.
What a ticket costs, and what each tier includes
Affinsight is a media partner for Affiliate World Asia 2026, so readers here get $100 off either ticket tier. It comes off automatically when you go through our link — there is no code to enter, and the checkout opens with it already applied.
| Tier | Who it is for | Through our link |
|---|---|---|
| Affiliate | Independent affiliates, media buyers and website operators promoting affiliate offers | $963$1,999 |
| Company | Employees of affiliate networks, advertisers, traffic sources, solution and service providers, or agencies | $1,349$2,999 |
Prices read from the organiser on 23 October 2026, and they rise as the date gets closer.

Prices move. Those were the figures on the date shown in the table, the sale counter on the page was running in hours, and tiers climb as the event gets closer. The $100 comes off whatever the price is on the day, so treat the numbers as a snapshot and the discount as the constant.
Which tier do you need?
Both tiers get you the whole event: the two-day exhibition, 35+ live speeches, panels and Q&As, 5+ networking mixers, the official networking events and parties, and live chat with attendees in the AW app. The difference is visibility and data, not access.
- Affiliate is the one to buy if you are promoting offers and going to meet people. It is the only tier with access to the First-Timers’ Affiliate Meetup.
- Company adds the things a business needs to be found: your logo on your badge, your company name, logo and description on the Featured Companies page and in the exhibition guide, your job title on your app profile, and the lead list download.
Put plainly: if people need to find you, pay for Company. If you are the one doing the finding, Affiliate does the same job for several hundred dollars less.

Read these terms before you pay
A ticket at this price is a commitment, and the organiser’s own FAQ carries the answers that decide whether it is the right one for you. We are not going to paraphrase them here, because a terms summary that is a month out of date is worse than no summary. Go and read the answers to these, which are the ones people get caught by:
- Whether a refund is possible if you cannot attend, and on what terms
- Whether the ticket can be transferred to a colleague, and by when
- How many people one Company pass actually admits
- Whether crypto is accepted, and at what surcharge
- Whether an invitation letter is available for your visa application
The refund one deserves particular attention. Affiliate World cancelled its Dubai 2026 edition, and the public complaints that followed are about being offered a transfer to the next year rather than money back. Whatever the rights and wrongs of that case, it tells you what to check before you pay rather than after.
One thing to be straight about: our link is a partner link. It does not change what you pay beyond the discount it applies, and we would list this event either way. Placement on our calendar is editorial, and an organiser cannot buy it.
What attendees say, and what they complain about
Affiliate World Conferences holds a 4.6 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 673 reviews, with 85% at five stars. For an event company that is a strong score, and the praise is consistent: the quality of who turns up, talks that quote real numbers, a genuinely international floor, and organisation that holds up across two days.
The complaints are worth reading too, and they are not about the show itself. Two percent of reviews sit at one star, and the recent ones cluster on a single thing: the cancelled Dubai 2026 edition, where reviewers describe being moved to Dubai 2027 rather than refunded, and slow support when they pushed back.
That is one edition, not this one, and a cancelled event is not evidence about a show that runs. But it is the clearest argument for reading the refund and transfer terms before you buy rather than assuming them, and we would rather say so than leave you to find out from a review site after your card is charged.
A four-week plan that pays for the ticket
This part is ours, not the organiser’s programme. Most people waste the first day wandering. The ones who come home with partners arrive with a calendar that is already half full, and the work for that starts weeks out.
Four weeks out
- Write down three things you want to leave with. Two new traffic sources and one new offer is a real target. “Networking” is not.
- Book the flight and a room in Siam or Pathumwan while there is still choice.
- Build a list of the exhibitors you need. Twenty is about right — more than you can see, so you are forced to rank them.
Two weeks out
- Message your priority contacts in the AW app. By the time the doors open, the people worth meeting have full calendars.
- Lock meeting times, booths in the morning, and leave the afternoons loose.
- Know your numbers cold. Account managers can move on terms, but only for someone who can say what they run, at what volume, on what margin. Vagueness gets you a business card.
During the two days
- Mornings on the floor, afternoons in one track. Track-hopping means arriving at every mixer as a stranger.
- Put the mixers in first and build the day around them. They are an hour each, split by niche, and they are the densest networking on the schedule.
- Write one action point after every meeting, while you still remember which conversation it was.
- Keep the evenings for relationships, not pitches. And leave the last afternoon open: the best conversations are follow-ups to day one, and those cannot be booked in advance.
The week after
- Follow up inside 72 hours, while your name still means something.
- Put small test budgets live with the best new partners rather than waiting for a clean slot. Momentum is the point.
If you have not done a show this size before, the ticket includes a first-timers’ session. It is worth the hour.
