All Berkshire CBD affiliates agree not to directly or indirectly promote Berkshire CBD products to any persons under 18. 5.) At present, the Berkshire CBD affiliate program is open to affiliates operating in the United States. Different countries have differing laws regarding the sale of CBD hemp flower.
